Change almost always moves like the hour hand. If you stare at it you will not see it moving, until you turn away and all of a sudden it has changed dramatically. Hundreds of small movements from the minute hand pushing it along. If you seek to make a change or do important work, mind the little things and stay the course. The change will come.
